RETURN POLICY

At Kidsimone.com our return policy is simple . We have a 100% Statisfaction Guarantee. Simply follow the return policy instructions and we will make sure to process your return transaction as quick and as easy as your original purchase. Whatever the circumstance, we will work it out with you!

If you are not completely satisfied you may return your items within 14 days for a complete refund to the same credit card it was purchased on , less the shipping cost . If the item was purchased with a free shipping promotion the amount of shipment will be deducted for the amount. All items must be returned with all tags attached and original packaging.

Personalized or special order items are not exchangeable.Items on sale, clearance or identified as final sale are not returnable. Personal hygiene products lotions, soaps, bubble baths, and toys items are non-returnable. Of course due to special circumstance we always work things out regarding exceptions.

Please allow 30 days for processing of return , although we will handle your transaction quickly, credits may not appear on your statement for up to 30 days.

Extra Charge of $26.00 Most orders rec'd next day if placed before 3pm est. This service is not availble with furniture and oversized items.

Delivery Surcharge

This Surcharge applies on oversized items that may be heavier than standard shipping items. This charge will be applied during checkout on larger furniture items and is in addition to standard shipping charges.
